Job Description
Customer service – Teller
This position is responsible for identifying, acquiring & growing a base of retail customers & serving customers in coordination with account officers in order to meet business objectives by providing them with substantial added value through marketing the bank’s financial products / services while maintaining a high level of customers’ satisfaction. This position also calls for ensuring close monitoring for all controls in accordance with rules and regulations
Job Requirements
Education: English / French Bachelor Degree of Commerce , Business Administration, Economics or its Equivalent
Excellent Communication skills and negotiation skills
Excellent Interpersonal skills
(0-2) years Banking experience
