تفاصيل الوظيفه:

Required Skills:
– Experience: 3-5year experience.
– Very Good English.
– Very good computer skills (MS Office and internet search)
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Organizational and time management skills

Some of her Duties & Responsibilities:
– Answer phones and respond to inquiries.
– Route calls to specific people or provide information as appropriate.
– Place outgoing calls.
– Send and receive company faxes.
– Performs typing, word processing, and editing materials.
– Establishes and maintains office records and a comprehensive filing system and ensure that confidential records are stored securely.
– Maintains updated soft filing system and database for in/out mail.
– Monitor administrative personnel and assigns duties as needed.
– Perform general clerical functions (e.g. scheduling, copying, faxing, data entry, filing, etc.) for the purpose of supporting office operations.
– Take memos.
– Preferred Heliopolis or Nasr city resident
