Sales Associate is needed in a Multimedia section in Virgin Mega stores with the below requirements and qualifications:
Discuss type, quality and number of merchandise required for purchase
Recommending merchandise based on individual requirements
Explain the use and advantage of merchandise to customers
Answer customers’ queries and concerns
Maintain sales records for inventory control
Meeting and making a connection with customers, asking questions and listening to shoppers’ needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs
Be aware of current promotional events and sales
Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities
Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products
Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills
Minimum 1-3 years working experience in retail is a must
High School degree or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
Very Good in English communication both spoken & written
