Description Carry out the risk assessments for health, safety and environmental hazards and be able to identify the required controls correctly.
Interface with superintendents or supervisors to understand the type of activities that will take place on a daily basis.
Investigate unsafe acts and situations and take measures to prevent recurrences.
Prepare and conduct HSE meetings with all levels on sites and in classrooms.
Conduct the first day HSE trainings for the newly hired personnel
Monitor the PPE minimum stock level and coordinate the purchasing and issuance.
Carry out HSE inspections and audits on sites and identify the non-conformities and required corrective actions.
Maintain, organize and file all required paperwork in good order.
Qualifications Civil or mechanical engineer. 0 to 3 years of work experience. Fast learning. Able to lead others. Able to concentrate in more than one job at a time. Have a driving license. Able to move between sites.
