For a Leading Industrial Company Located In Obour City Currently Seeking For Executive Secretary with The Below Tasks & Responsibilities:
– Maintaining executive’s agenda.
– Attending meetings and keep minutes
– Receiving,screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate.
– Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence.
– Arranging travel, visas and accommodation.
– Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
– Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
– Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
– Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.

Job Requirements:
– Proven experience at least 5 years as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
– Proficient in MS Office.
– In depth knowledge of office management basics
– Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills
– Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
– Integrity and confidentiality
– Fluent in English Language and other language is highly preferred
– Appropriate educational qualifications
