Ocean Export Coordinator for full time job in Egypt and here is the detail:
Responsibilities:
– Making bookings, monitoring, adjusting/changing as needed
– Receive, review and process export documentation from electronic or manual sources
– Prepare key transaction information such as HBL, commercial invoice and other required documents
– Provide proper classification of exports within AES
– Interface with carriers, vendors, and fellow employees
– Monitor transactions and notify supervisory personnel of any problems or irregularities
– Provide excellent and timely customer service on status of shipment to customer
– Coordinate and communicate documentation release to carrier and the customer
– Post and dispatch vehicles on central dispatch
– Update the sheets in daily basis
Skills:
– Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web based and job specific software applications
– Accurate typing and/or data entry skills
– Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
– Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs
– Identify and resolve problems in timely manner
– Must be able to multi-task
– Must be fluent in English
– Ability to communicate and interact with multi-faceted and diverse backgrounds
– Ability to read, comprehend and write basic correspondence
– Fast learner
– Experience (2-5) years
Requirements:
– Hi speed internet available
– Working hours: Mon – Fri (3pm – 1am)
