Job Description:
Manage Domain controller server.
Manage Email server (Microsoft Exchange).
Manage Backup server.
Manage Surveillance Cameras and ensure that the recording process is running perfect.
Manage antivirus server for secure computers and data.
Manage firewall application (TMG).
Install and Manage ERP system (Microsoft Great Plans) user application.
Ensure that Monthly Preventive Maintenance done according to SOP.
Provide technical support for all users (Printers, computers (Laptop, Desktop), scanner, etc.)
Set up workstation for new users like operating system, programs and Email.
Ensure that the company polices applied on all computers.
Ensure that internet, internal and external network are working.
Update the information technology Standard Operating Procedure.
Train the new users on the best use for the devices and software.
Ensure to keep all backup data on computers and Email Account.
