Marketing Manager – University
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Designs comprehensive institutional marketing plans and programs, taking into consideration the image, message, and positioning, mission, goals, priorities and accomplishments of the University.

•Directs specific activities to support communication strategies, including but not limited to advertising, institutional publications, and interactive media.
•Responsible for marketing initiatives and activities included in the strategic integrated marketing and communications plan for the university, through which a consistent and appropriate content-based image is conveyed to a variety of audiences.
•Selects and manages external vendors and media outlets to support marketing activities. This includes but is not limited to advertising agencies and design firms, media and media buyers, printers, and digital solutions.
•Develops and maintains college-wide policies and guidelines related to image, branding, advertising and marketing strategies.
•Provides strategic marketing counsel to university leadership, faculty, staff, students, and volunteers.
•Coordinates surveys, evaluations and assessments of external communication activities in order to determine the effectiveness of the University’s marketing and communications plans and programs.

Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree of any discipline, Master Holders are welcomed to apply.
•At least 7 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Knowledge, Skills:
•Excellent command of English Language, German will be an asset.
•Experience in budget preparation and fiscal management.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
•Demonstrated ability to integrate marketing principles, strategies, and techniques into digital and interactive media and development.
•Ability to plan, develops, direct, implement and evaluate strategic marketing plans, programs and activities applicable to a public university.
•Knowledge and understanding of current communication and marketing issues and trends applicable to educational institutions.
•Creativity and innovation.

Human Development Manager
Accountabilities:
– Perform strategic planning to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best calibers.
– Ensure adequate support in compensation and fringe benefits programs.
– Coordinate organization planning and development, enhancing staff policies and procedures.
– Providing best HR practices by applying modern systems and techniques to improve individual and organizational performance.
– Manage overall HR Functions (Recruitment, OD, Training, Personnel and Compensation and Benefits.
– Develop Communication with different departments and manage HR team to support employees with patience.
– In charge of all recruitment, selection and induction activities.
– Implement talent acquisition strategies.
– Monitor the Personnel activities periodically to make sure that they are aligned to labor law regulation.
– Determine the training plan out of training needs assessment and fulfill it based on the allocated budget.

Qualifications:
– Excellent leadership and relationship management skills are essential.
– Minimum 10 years of experience in a Managerial Position, preferable in universities.
– Fluent English
– Degree in Human Resources will be an asset.
