Urgently needed: Conceptual Designer: (Exterior Or Interior)
Duties:
– Start from scratch – making the selection for concept design and preparing the Mood Boards for client revision.
– Presenting the concept as well as he targets and convinces the client.
– Updating the work on 2D and preparing the permit drawings as Lows and municipality requirements.
– Follow up with structure design to find the SLAB EDGE.
– Confirming the solutions designed in working Stage.
– Reporting to the Design Team Leader.
– Making his sketches and mood boards virtual real using 3D programs
Experience: 5-7 years
Skills:
– Wide Architectural knowledge and good sketching skills.
– Smart to catching the client needs and fulfill his dreams.
