Urgently needed: Working drawings maker:
Duties:
– Start from permit drawings stage, to reaching construction drawings issued for site
– He has to be able to understanding the needs for each following stages:
• Lows and municipality requirements
• Architecture codes and measurements for standard buildings items
• Coordination with structure, electrical and mechanical systems
• Know how to finish all needs data into reasonable scale for standard sheets
– Checking the site requirements and able to solve the conflicts and problems in the all building parts (Plans, Elevations, Sections, Wall Sections Doors and Windows ……. Details..etc)
– Designing the details and correct the ratios if needs.
– Reporting to the Working Team Leader.
