Social Media Moderator
BOLD Ads is looking for a Social Community Moderator for running the day-to-day social media moderation, replying to fans on all social platforms. The main job here is to answer to fans’ questions on social media platforms in a human-like way and not in ready-made answered templates like a robot.
Role:

• Review and moderate all user-generated content and user profiles (either pre-, post- or reactive moderation) within forums, comments, images, videos and audio, and liaising them with our Legal and Community team when required.
• Manage the banned user process, and track and remove previously banned users.
• Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up-to-date.
• Manage Service Community Admin accounts, like processing emails and complaints, and escalating them when necessary.
• Moderate communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar social media platforms, and adapting methodology where appropriate.
• Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes.
• Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation and reporting them to our Social Media team.
• Monitor our industry and our company’s information and news to anticipate potential issues.

Requirements:
• +1 year experience required.
• Eagerness to learn the business within an emerging, competitive, and rapidly growing industry.
• Proactive and energetic.
• Good communication skills.
• Good writing skills.
