Job Requirements:
– University degree in Economics or health related field and Masters Degree in Economics of Health Systems.
-Doctoral degree in Health Economics.
– Communicating in a credible and effective way
– Producing results
– Respecting and promoting individual and cultural differences
– Moving forward in a changing environment
– Building and promoting partnerships across the organization and beyond
-Excellent knowledge of health economics
-Good knowledge of teaching methods in health economics
-Good knowledge of spread sheets and quantitative methods
-Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary cultural environment
-Good organization and managerial skills
-Ability to develop national and inter-country programs and organize inter-country meetings and workshops
-Microsoft office and statistical software (STATA, SPSS)
– At least seven years combined experience at national and international levels. Experience in working on health financing and social protection methods, costing and National Account. Experience in teaching health economics
– Experience in working with bilateral or multilateral organization
-Excellent knowledge of English.
-Knowledge of Arabic and French an asset.
