Context and Environment: Marketing department consists of Marketing Manager reporting to Managing Director, Brand Management Supervisor and a Trade Marketing Supervisor. The main purpose of the department is to provide the company with an efficient, creative, integrated marketing and trade support strategy and activities that effectively promotes ISP brand and services. Supports planning and leads on management of our social media tools with a special focus on the following areas: • Take part in planning and lead on execution of social media strategy to support main companys strategy of differentiation. • Generate, edit, publish and share periodical content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and promotes Ibnsina Pharma brand. •Set up and optimize company pages within each social platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content •Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy of the company and within the pre-approved SLA. •Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns. • Continuously improve by capturing, analyzing and reporting the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information •To continually grow your fan base and promote your content through advertising and search engine optimization. Solutions activities: To support Marketing Manager to achieve yearly targets for marketing solutions revenues: • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to marketing solutions. • Develop a long term trusted advisor relationship with key suppliers. • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to suppliers needs and objectives. • Lead on the execution of marketing solutions deals with internal departments such as Sales for sending Bulk SMS, Van branding and any other related parties.
Qualifications Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in managing social media campaigns, digital advertising, search engine optimization, corporate website management and digital content management. Including Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in promotions of advertising solutions. •Excellent computer skills •Excellent Communications Skills •Good presentation skills
