Chief Internal Auditor (Level 4)
Purpose of the Job/ Job Mission
Lead Internal Audit services for the xxxx and subsidiary companies. Direct the planning and implementation of technical, operational, financial audits in order to provide an independent assessment of the internal systems and controls, including systems for identification and evaluation of risk and to ensure compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations.
Knowledge & Skills
Mandatory:
Expert knowledge in risk assessments , audit processes and technical process reviews
In depth knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework
Fluency in Arabic/English / Strong diplomacy and interpersonal skills.
Robust numeracy & analytical skills
Strong financial management skills
Sound written, oral and presentation skills
Computer proficiency / Ability to work under pressure
Ability to act with discretion and treat confidential information appropriately
Expertise in the business environment, industry practices, and specific organizational knowledge
University Graduate
CIA/ACCA/CPA
Experience
At least 20 years of experience in auditing in a large organization, 10 years of which should be at Senior Manager level / Auditing conglomerate or family group / GCC auditing experience
Construction industry experience
