.Dealing direct with customer face to face
.Responding promptly to customer inquiries Handling and resolving customer complaints.
.obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries and complains.
.Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions.
.Coordinating with internal departments.
.Following up customer complains.
.Alerting the manager of problems in customer calls.
.Following and handling the reasons of the cancellation requests.
_Fixed working hours 11 am till 7pm.
