1- Performing release / re-release for components serial production according to mother companys standards. 2- Performing final product audits. 3- Performing Brake Disc Division process audits. 4- Ensuring proper dynamic checks in case of deviations. 5- Facilitating needed quality tools and assuring usage of only calibrated equipment. 6- Follow up rectification activities and approving release for rectified equipment. 7- Programming the SPC for Brake Disc new models. 8- Ensuring SPC machine operation for proper measured parts (Sensors 9- Software – Stamping Machine – etc…). 10- Create new natural frequency machine programs. 11- Ensuring proper Brake Disc material defects inspection and sorting. 12- Problem investigation and analysis in cooperation with other sections to solve product / process problems. 13- Issuing and follow up corrective actions in case of deviation. 14- Assuring proper use of company documents (procedure, work instructions, format and recording). 15- Preparing Brake Disc monthly quality reports. 16- Components initial samples handling. 17- Create SPC machines data and software backups. 18- Perform machining line capability studies and MSA. 19- Help shop floor management meetings. 20- Revise work orders and creating DMRs. 21- Assist in receiving and export packing audit.
Qualifications – Good command of English Language. – Good PC Skills.
