•Write reports/notes on companies and sectors under his/her coverage and provide recommendation-specific guidance to the investment community •Communicate research findings with the equities sales force and traders, clients and company’s management through one-on-one meetings, roadshows, conference calls…etc. •Develop and maintain sophisticated MS Excel-based financial models that apply multi-period valuation techniques (e.g. DCF, DDM, Discounted EVA…etc.) as well as spot multiples (e.g. P/E, P/BV, EV/Sales, EV/EBITDA) •Interpret data, perform analysis on companies, market, economic and political events and understand the value drivers • Maintain close contacts with covered companies’ management to source information in a timely manner •Mentor junior analysts in the department and supervise their work output through engaging them in bigger analytical projects
Qualifications •BSc. in Finance or Accounting or Business Administration (MBA or CFA is a plus) with high honors or a minimum GPA of 3.5
