Title Credit Analyst

Description Analysis of the corporate cases to be channeled to the approving authorities .

Job Requirements • University Degree
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, economy, banking, finance and investment
• Overall grade “Good” at least
• Prefer language schools or language sections graduates
• Batches from 2011 till 2015
• Excellent command of PC skills especially (MS Office) package
• Excellent command of the english language

Responsibilities Preparation of Credit Proposal Memos “CPMs” and perform spreading and financial analysis for the client’s financial statements
Assists in the achievement of the required conventional tasks of the Credit officers and Team leaders
Accountable relationship officer for at least 5 credit files
Assist in the preparation of scientific projection, in order to monitor ability of payment of medium/long term exposure and tenor.
Assist in conduct and preparation of a detailed and accurate financial and market study in a timely and coherent manner to assess the financial standing and market positioning of existing/new clients within a specific industry.
Attend client calls with superiors.
Prepare Call memos that summarize key issues raised during the client call.
Prepare Credit Proposal Memos “CPMs” that present the proposed facility package and the associated Terms & Conditions.
Prepare an Interim Review regarding contracts financing , special transactions and amendments in facility’s original Terms and Conditions
Reviewing facilities agreements and documentation and ensuring its compliance with approvals obtained from the designated committees.
Follow up and closely monitor accounts on a regular basis to ensure that approved limits abide to terms and conditions.
Organize credit files and regularly update them to include latest financials, CBE and Credit Information Reports, recent Commercial Register in addition to all necessary documents.
Perform periodical credit analysis to assess and ensure creditworthiness.
Gather raw data about a minimum of one sector and assist his superiors in transforming such data into useful information worthy of enclosure in a comprehensive market research.
Preparation of all Internal Memos regarding credit accounts handled by Senior/relationship officer as well as large & Medium corporate Manager.
Preparation of letters addressed to Corporate Clients, Financial and Legal Institutions.
Properly transfer the audited financial statements into the standard format (spreads) to derive the relevant ratios analyzing each single account.
Study the notes to the audited financial statements that should affect the referenced analysis.
