Job Title: HPLC Service Engineer – lab.
Job Description:
1- Responsible on all installation, maintenance and calibration for equipment: HPLC, MS, Lab water system.
2- Creatively in analyzing problems to its roots and providing out of the box solutions.
3- Listen and solve customers’ problems and complaints effectively in proper and shortest possible time.
4- Continues improvement for personal skills and knowledge through provided local and abroad trainings.
5- Meet goals due dates.
6- Ensure all manufacturer regulatory requirements and company procedures are met and carried out correctly.
7- Reporting
Job Qualifications:
• Chemical / Electrical / Medical Engineer or Chemist with at least good grade (Cairo University or equivalent University)
• Preferred 2 years experience as user/ service engineer for above mentioned products.
• Very good English and communication skills.
