• Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Managing databases
• Prioritizing workloads
• Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff
• Handling correspondence
• Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
• Liaising with relevant organizations
• Co-coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
Job Requirements
• Excellent command of English reading & writing
• Excellent communication & problem solving Skills.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office
• University graduate
• Maadi or nearby residence
• Female
• Full Time: 9.to 5 working hours
