Description :
Responsible for all human resources activities related to payroll and compensation & benefits. Counsels employees regarding payroll issues including retirement, taxes, deductions, and vacations. Follow up with all company attendance and leaves issues. Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
Relevant academic degree, 1~2 years experience in human resources field, very good command of English language written and spoken, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, communication skills.
Gender : Male
Experience 1 – 2 Years.
Other Skills Excellent knowledge and understanding of Egyptian Labor Law. Good data analysis and follow up skills. Good computer skills & very good knowledge with Ms. Office (Advanced Excel preferred).
