Customer Support Advisor Urgently needed for American Company here in Egypt
Detailed Job Information:
– Working Hours: 8 (female) / 9 (male) hours shift (first shift starts at 2 pm)
– Job status: permanent – full time
– Salary/Benefits: 2800 LE + profit share
– Social & Medical insurance
– Location: Maadi
The role will perform the following tasks:
– Answering inbound calls
– Answering clients inquires and helping them using our services
– Over looking production process of services provided by the company
Required Skills:
– Fluency of written and spoken English
– Strong customer service skills
– Work under pressure
– Multi tasking
Required qualifications:
Degree: Any Bachelor’s Degree
Nationality: Must be Egyptian
Military status: Finished or Exempted
