Customer Service Representatives
1. We are recruiting candidates motivated to become Customer Service Representative with an excellent level of English. Our client operates in an amazing working environment; and we are looking for dynamic people who enjoy playing in team.
Profile of Suitable Candidates:
· Excellent command of English (B+Level)
· Very good communication skills
· Fresh graduates accepted
· University graduate
· Lives in greater Cairo
· Flexibility to work on rotational shifts for male 24/7 (shifts for female are on morning and afternoon)
Military status for male should be defined (done or postponed to more than one year)
Work Conditions
· You will receive a 3 week paid training.
· Transportation from meeting points in Cairo to work location
· Motivating package and performance bonus
· Working days: five days per week (according to the schedule) for 8 hours per day
· Work location: Pyramids Heights
2. Telesales Representatives
We are recruiting candidates motivated to become telesales Representative with a moderate level of English in an amazing working environment; and we are looking for dynamic people who enjoy playing in team.
Profile of Suitable Candidates:
· Moderate command of English (C+Level)
· Very good communication skills
· Excellent sales skills
· Fresh graduates accepted
· University graduate or equivalent
· Lives in greater Cairo, preferably nearby underground stations
· Flexibility to work on rotational shifts for male and female (from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM)
Military status for male should be defined (done or postponed to more than one year)
Work Conditions
· You will receive paid training days
· Motivating package and performance bonus
· Working Hours and days: From Saturday to Thursday for 6 hours per shift
· Work location: Maadi
