Real Estate Manager With the following requirement:
• Minimum Experience of 15 years in the real-estate management & leasing career within
Reputable national or multinational companies
• Remarkable Career achievements
• Strong Leasing experience
• 3 Years minimum in managerial role
• Age less than 45
• Solid knowledge of budgeting and preparing financial reports
Job Responsibility:
Lead the day-to-day operations of commercial & Residency properties.
Lead the sales Team
Interact and ensure smooth relationships between tenants and owners.
Provide lease administration for commercial properties.
Prepare financial budgets, reports and statements relating to real estate business.
Initiate and implement methodologies in managing properties.
Initiate work processes to enhance business growth.
Implement best practices, procedures and standards in real estate operations.
