Job Title: French Technical Support.
Qualifications:
Background: Telecommunications networks
Experience in telecom B2B, preferably in contact with the end customer and expertise in management and reporting tools.

With the ability to understand the overall technical telecommunications environment (router, access link, VoIP)
Job Description:
Management of customer orders on fixing deals with customer specific (administrative or technical) from receiving of the question until the deployment of the solution
Identification of necessary changes in processes and/or tools
Support your colleagues
Managing projects based on client’s (administrative or technical) specifications, projects of the VIP clients or projects emanating from escalations from the management
Validation of the order
Steering of the deployment
Technical environment: IP, VPN, LAN, WAN and MPLS
