Job Requirements:
1. BA degree in Language
2. Seven years experience as a professional translator in company.
3. Mastery of both and classical written Arabic and English, including grammar.
4. The ability to compose letters and reports and cop with variations in pronunciation.
5. The age under 45 years old.
Job duties:
1. Translates from and into Arabic and English a large volume of complex correspondence exchanged between the company and the government.
2. Translates into English various Saudi government regulations and decrees which relate to company operation.
3. Translates into Arabic a variety of very technical and involved contracts awarded by the company to local contracts for such major projects.
4. Translates into English a miscellany of reports and circulars published by government agencies.
5. Translates into English newspaper articles of interest to the company.
6. Translates into Arabic various current and confidential reports to the government
7. Translates into Arabic pamphlets intended for publication and covering various phases of the petroleum industry
8. Translates into English for approval purposes current articles intended for publication in the Oil Caravan or Armco World.
9. Participates in translating the Company’s Annual Reports to the Saudi Government.
