Job Description :
– Daily support by solving customer’s tech problems
– Giving fast and the best solutions to get customer’s satisfaction
– Responsible of IT in-door and out-door , maintenance , Adsl troubleshooting and modem configuration
-Achieve specific target of daily technical visits of new and monthly customer with high techniques
Skills :
– Good Command of English Language
– Presentable
– Good technical knowledge in Networking & Software and Hardware troubleshooting
– Out-door experience 0 – 1 year
Applicant should be Cairo/Giza Resident – Age max 30 years and experience 0-1 year .
Fresh graduates preferred , Only for male.
