Customer Service – Full Time for one of the reputable ADSL comapny- Certified Partner TE-Data (fresh graduates ) or maximum experence 0-1 year
Job Duties :
~ Handling customer’s inquires related ADSL Service and Internet Offer
~ Collect monthly payment of all service provided by the company
~ Follow-up customers and support them to get the accurate information with high quality
~ Achieving the best performance in customer’s satisfaction
~ Answer Call-Center and update the system in details
Job Skills :
~ Applicants should be well-educated with good command of English language
~ Welling to learn and work with high spirit and positive performance
~ Good communication skills and handling customer’s issues
~ Having good personality to work under stress
~ Team-work player
