About the Job
1-Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and more
2-Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
1-Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems
2-Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
3-Maintaining records of software licenses
4-Managing database security/integrity and backup procedures of company ERP.
Job requirement:
1-Bachelor Degree Required , Information Technology or Engineering.
2-CCNA Background.
3-Knowledge of software, Hardware and networking
4-Be good in written / Spoken English
5-Preferred to be Giza residence
