Job description:
• Call all the reps. to register their Market visits on the system.
• Calling customers to make confirmation regarding receiving the grantee certificate.
• Receiving calls from customers and handling their complains and inquires.
• Handling Customer Complains and report them to the CS Manager.
Job requirement:
• Exp from 0 to 3 years.
• Good Communication skills
• Good in English
• Very good at MS
• Giza residence is preferred or nearby
• Work Location: In Haram
• Work Condition: fixed shift from 9.00 am till 5.00 pm – One day OFF (Friday)
• Salary from (2000 to 2800)
