We are hiring Help Desk Specialist
Minimum 5 years experience
responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
1- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to
computer systems, software, and hardware.
2- Respond to queries either on site’s person or over the phone.
3- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
4- Clean up computers.
5- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
6- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
7- Install computer peripherals for employees.
