Job Description:
• Make outbound B2C Calls and having a proven track record in getting meetings via phone.
• Having a deep understanding of the importance of Sales role and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Generating and Qualifying leads through cold calls and managing tracking and following up these leads.
• Understanding Customer requirements and update Customer information in database
• Having a great self-controlling and handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Also Document calls feedbacks and scripts by taking a comments and notes.
Job Requirements:-
1-At Least 1year of experience as telesales agent.
2-Strong communication skills.
3-Good in English.
4-Proficient in the use of a personal computer and various software applications
7-Above average verbal and written communication skills.
8- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
9- Also preferable to be a Training background .
