Quality Assurance
Job description
Create, maintain, and develop all quality assurance policies and procedures
Prepare, implement, and develop the quality plan and its objectives
Ensuring that the whole management system applied and continual improvement
Prepare and implement regular internal audit plans.
Build internal auditing teams and coaching them.


Collect, compile and present statistical quality data .
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues the determine its root causes and how to solve and develop.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Identify training needs to meet quality standards.
Coordinate and support on site audit conducted by external providers
Monitor risk management activities.
Coordinating, making on site supplier evaluation and participate in supplier selection process.
Requirement:-
Bachelor degree
Certified in quality auditing.
Strong knowledge in Six Sigma, and ISO Standards.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Leadership and and presentation skills.
Excellent team work player.
Well planned and organized
