SWAY is looking for Positive discipline certified trainers to train teachers and educators with international schools.
Job time : Per-course or hourly basis
Location : according to our clients location
Qualifications:
-Fluent in English
-A bachelor’s degree
-certified positive discipline educator from the positive discipline association
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Passion for the positive discipline philosophy.
-Passionate about education and character building.
-Experience :
Minimum 7 years teaching experience with schools plus 2-3 years training experience as a positive discipline trainer with minimum 120 training hours.
Job description:
1) Presenting positive discipline school philosophy in front of schools’ owners and principles.
2)Planning,creating, preparing, developing and evaluating training materials and tools for courses and workshops.
3)Delivering effective training in order to develop the teaching skills of trinees.
4)Providing trainees with individual assistance and monitoring trainees progress continuously on school basis.
5)Reporting training and participants development to the assigned supervisor.
