” Internal Trainer ”
1- good presentation skills
2- leadership skills
3- able to create related presentations slid
4- able to analyse team skills gaps
5- able to improve team skills
6- Coordinate with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
7- Design effective training programs
8- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
9 – Support and mentor new employees
10- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
11- Monitor employee performance and response to training
12- teaching the art of customer service
13- presents company marketing objectives to customers in seminars or planed events
. Salary : 2500 EGP
. working hours : 9hours
. One day off
