A well-known & reputable Saudi travel agency needs to hire the following position
For its branch in Egypt:-
1-Travel Counselor Team Leader:
Main Responsibilities:
– Effectively leading, coaching and developing your team of Active Travel Consultants;
Growing profitability and market share;

-Managing all aspects of your business environment;
-Maintaining customer service quality and standards for the team;
-Implementing and adhering to daily, weekly and monthly systems & processes;
-Overseeing the presentation of the store and staff;
-Driving financial results and key performance indicators; and
Being involved in Flight Centre Active Travel events and conferences.
-The successful candidate will need to have a strong background in a travel sales role as well as leadership experience.
-Deliver exceptional and professional service to members and clients by identifying, responding
To and satisfying their needs in a timely manner.
-Supervise the day to day operations of the office including but not limited to managing staff and resources
within your office; liaising with team members to ensure files balance, and that issues are raised with
Accounts team to resolve; ensure daily banking process is completed, and any discrepancies resolved

Required Experience:
2 Year EXP at least as a team leader/ Sabre Background preferable

2-Telesales Agent:

Main Responsibilities:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience as telesales representative not less than one year
Preferable previous experience in travel agency
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
