About the Job
– Developing long-term relationships with our clients (Customer/ publisher).
– Follow up with the client with the company new updates that matches the client’s need.
– Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
– Following up the client’s account performance progress and assist the client with financial report through the company system.
Job Requirements
Digital marketing experience is a must
Proven account management.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
