Hello girls Need an Assistant Account Manager – Female at Marketing company urgently permanent contract off days Friday and Saturday +Medical insurance + social insurance +mobile allowance salary between 2500 EGP till 3000 based on experience bachelor degree marketing feed back job duties as shown
Handle Mega accounts.
Being the link between the client with all categories & internally with all departments to align them about the new activation’s.
Handle corporate events from A-Z.
Attend business meetings, in-door & out-door.
Job is required travelling for arranging some on-ground campaigns , meetings or events
Respond daily communications through mails or phones, to assure that work process is aligned with all departments & client as well.
Prepare needed quotations & quote by return the client.
Follow up approval cycle, then communicate with operations team and all other related.
Interfere at all related issues for the whole work process, ushers, HR, operations and deliver comments to the client regularly.
Follow up invoicing & collection through communicating the clients.
Checking uniform , grooming status & all other related issues for the ushers.
Commit wit deadlines for submitting the business proposals.
Gain new clients & present the company in a well organized, professional way.
Deliver to internal management whom is potential client/leads.
Access the mail box or use the phone, during the weekends or official vacations to handle emergency matters and align all concerned parties.
