We are hiring Call Center Agents (Technical Support) for one of the largest Telecom operators in UAE!!!
Position: CALL CENTER AGENT (Technical Support)
Work Location: AJMAN – UAE
Salary: AED 4800 + 2500(Commission) + Medical Insurance + Flight Tickets + Gratuity + Annual Leave Salary.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent Communication Skills in both ARABIC & ENGLISH.
-Minimum of 1-year experience in International Call Center- INBOUND
– Troubleshoot customers issues and solve internet, land line, IP-TV, and mobile problems
– Good experience in Technical Support ( LAN , WAN, TCP/IP , STB , DNS , DSL , ADSL
– Good Technical background (Networking)
– Smart , Energetic and flexible
