Human Resources Officer at Save the Children

Requirements:
-University degree in business and relevant experience and abilities; Certification in Human Resources is a plus
-Experience in Human Resources management for at least 4 years, experience in an international organisation office is a plus.
-Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
-Excellent knowledge of computer programs.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
-Good level of experience of performance management.
-Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage time and prioritize under pressure;
-High level of initiative and ability to work with little supervision;
-Proactive in identifying difficulties and working cooperatively to solve them;
-A commitment to the values and principles of SC
