Another exciting and challenging opportunity, join one of the fastest growing and progressive business models in the country. Universal. As assembly manager for the dish washing plant ( one of the largest in the Middle East and the world), you are expected to:
· Oversee the Assembly process, drawing up a production schedule. Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
· Determine the human and material resources required
· Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
· Set and manage production budgets and implement cost improvement programs
· work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
· determine and implement improvements to the production process
· Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmers. Work with QA to analyze and fix quality defects.
· Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.
· prepare and maintain production reports
· ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management
The optimum profile:
– proven track record on similar roles.
– Engineering, home appliances, automotive. Electrical industrial background.
– Solid experience in team leadership, planning, project management.
– Basic competencies of work under pressure, crisis management and resources deployment.
