Senior HR Specialist (Recruitment/Personal) is required for NetOne International “American company operates from Egypt”
Salary: (negotiable) depends on the experience/results.

Job description:
• Responsible for hiring the needed staff for the sales center (Agent, leaders and other functions as needed)
• Creating new recruitment pools, and maximizing the use of existing ones, including social media, and other sources.
• Keeping up with the increasing need of staffing the sales center.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization (Managers, Supervisors, Production staff).
• Keeping employee records tracking (Documents, benefits, Vacations …Etc.)
• Arranging staff services
Skills:
• 2 year is minimum experience in a relative position.
• Having a HR Diploma or relevant university degree is a plus.
• The ability to build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels fairness and objectivity discretion with confidential information
