School Director at MAVERICKS School
Requirements:
-Have 10 years + of teaching experience for elementary/primary school students
-Have at least one school management experience of a 150 + students
-Have strong research skills
-Have a multicultural experience and background
-Be a native speaker of English and with very good command of Arabic
-Have a track record in managing IB PYP accreditation candidacy and/or authorization for a school in the region
-Have an MA/Ph.D. in education, preferably in primary education teaching and pedagogy
-Be a strong leader who is able to recruit, develop and manage a team of competent professionals and empowers them to achieve strong results
-Be able to build a culture around rigor, responsibility, and reciprocity
-Have strong connections with the local and international communities
