Job description
Job Title : Senior HSE Advisor
Function: Engineering
Location: Oman
Application Closing Date : 31.07.2016
Required candidates: Omani Natinality Male
Purpose of the Job:
Provide CPD Projects with advice and support to effectively implement HSE & SD Management in the execution of site activities.
Experience/Qualifications Needed
University degree or diploma in HSE or a technical / numerate discipline (e.g. engineering, science, business), preferably with a NEBOSH (National Educational Board of Occupational Safety & Health) Certificate / Diploma or British Safety Council International Diploma in Safety Management or equivalent HSE qualifications.
A minimum of 7 years experience preferred in Oil & Gas / petrochemical or other relevant industry with a minimum of five years in HSE advisory / management roles, or a minimum of eight years (seven for Omanis) experience in HSE advisory / management roles with a minimum of five years in Oil & Gas / petrochemical or other relevant industry.
Good knowledge of spoken and written English. Good communicator, motivator and organiser. Fully computer literate.
