Administration & HR Manager
• Managing all administration and HR related activities and providing management with relevant reporting.
• Provide management with expert knowledge and support on the full range of HR activities (policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, restructuring of services, performance management, personnel planning, etc.), to ensure a consistent and fair approach to people management across the company.
• Meeting the business objectives by leading and coaching the Admin/HR team to achieve maximum performance and improve the efficiency of the Administration and HR capabilities.
• Assisting in the cost budget making including the funds required for monthly payroll and admin expenses. Regularly review the performance of contractors providing stationery, cleaning services, pest control, office maintenance, office equipment, etc. and recommend whether contracts should be renewed or not.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

• Coordinate and ensure implementation of company HR policies, grading & salary scale, bonus plan, recruitment, training & development & appraisal. Gather and analyze market data to benchmark employee compensation and benefits packages, and make recommendations as appropriate.
• Implementing company policies and procedures, and providing assessment and improvement where necessary.
• Handling all recruitment process, solving the employees problems, monitoring the Termination/resignation/warning Letters and leave applications.
• Monitoring monthly time sheets/overtime, leave, absences, hiring and end of contract processes and ensure all activities are properly recorded on the ERP System, as well as monitoring staff activity for performance and efficiency
• Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with under staffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
• Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination
