Job Description:
– Obtains client information by answering telephone calls, dealing with customers, handling customers inquires, resolve customer complaints, support and provide customers with needed information and following up calls when needed or solving problems.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree
– 0-1 Year experience in dealing with Customers
-Good command of English & Must be PC Proficient
– Possess verbal & written communication skills; follow up skills and Good listener
-Maximum Age 30 and Presentable
-Military status: Postponed or exempted
