Hindawi Publishing Corporation is now hiring “Special Issues Developer” to be responsible for creating and developing special issues for the assigned journals
Job Responsibilities:
1. Invite and remind Lead Guest Editors to submit each Special Issue’s Call-for-Papers in
Hindawi’s journals
2. Follow up with the Guest Editorial team to finalize their proposals and ensure that all
the included items of the proposal fit within our style such as geographical distribution
& criteria that includes H-index and publications
3. Contact Editorial Board Members of the journals to get their feedback on the special
issues proposals
4. Conveying the board members’ decision to the Guest Editorial team in order to modify
the proposals based on the Editorial Board Members feedback
5. Send the finalized Call-for-Papers to the Copyediting team to correct any grammatical,
spelling or structural mistake
6. Coordinate with the Content Management team to post the approved Call-for-Papers
on the website
7. Inform the Guest Editorial team about their final online Call-for-Papers
Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree in any field
– 0-1 year of experience
– Upper Intermediate English level
– Intermediate level of Computer knowledge
– Good business writing skills
