Real Estate Consultant (Residential & Commercial)
Description: Responsible for helping clients rent, buy, or sell a property. Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts. Includes agents who represent the buyer.
Qualification and Experience
• BA
• 1 year of real Estate experience or outdoor sales experience
• strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients;
• ability to work independently and flexibly;
• excellent teamwork skills;
• organizational skills with the ability to deliver a high volume of quality work;
• Car is a must
